High Fibre Craze

A high fibre diet is possible! 30 grams a day is do-able.
Garbanzo beans - about 14 grams
I buy the raw beans from Sprouts. Soak about 1/4 cup for about 4-6 hours. Boil for about 10 minutes with some spices. They are really good.

High fibre bread with peanut butter - 8 grams
Walmart sells a special peanut butter with 2 grams for 2 tablespoon

Yogurt bran - about 6 grams - 1 and 1/4 cup
This is a good snack

Steam broccoli - 2 grams - 1/2 cup

Edamame - about 5 grams
Take about 20 pods.

4 gm per packet
I need to add sugar
